Notes for the Gridlocked and Be Still My Beating Heart Workshops

Gridlocked
I will be supplying a 12x18x3/4" wood substrate, ephemera, some found object and wax supplies for this workshop. Please keep in mind the size of the substrate when bringing all of your little goodies. Since you are creating a series of drawn boxes to enclose your ephemera and or found objects, most items should be relatively small. I will also be bringing some of my favorite nails and tacks to use for the project as well. Please bring a small variety of those as well if you are unsure what you want to use.

Be Still My Beating Heart
8x10x3" deep wood substrate will be supplied for this workshop plus some ephemera and found object. I will be supplying the wax set-up too. Bring ephemera/found object items appropriate to the size of the substrate.
I will also be bringing some of my favorite tacks and nails for this class too...

Regarding the clear plastic gridded rulers
I have received some e-mails regarding some difficulty in finding the rulers. Try the quilting section of a craft store, such as JoAnns. I will be bringing some for purchase as well, but if you are having trouble locating one, let me know and I will set aside one for you.
